I just love your posts! RockerTot is such a cutie. I really like the coin matching activity - thanks for sharing the idea!

I like the way your have your coin sorting activity organized. What a week full of great activities. I need to try the cutting one with B. Here is a link to something you could use instead of bottle caps (magic rocks).

I love your coin activity. Do you like the tinker toys? I thought about getting them for my 27 months sons- do you recommend them? Great activities!

Hope RockerTot is feeling better soon! The cutting activity is great....I'm definitely going to be trying that technique with my son. Right now he will not accept any help with his scissors. It's really frustrating for the both of us! Glad to see you back with a Tot School post! :)

You could try this http://theadventuresofbear.blogspot.com/2009/10/pincer-grasp-workouts-alphabet.html instead of the bottle caps. The only change I would make is to write the letter the other way, so that when he pinches the clothespin, the letter is right side up :-P Good thing I'd only made her name and the word cat before I realized this! Anyway, it's a great pincer grasp workout at the same time.
